Our Graduate Trainee Programme combines work experience with study towards a recognised professional qualification.
You will work towards the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification where you will gain the fundamental knowledge and skills you need for a career in finance and accounting, whilst earning a competitive salary at the same time. With dedication and commitment to succeed combined with our excellent training and work experience you could be a fully qualified accountant within 3 years.
You will take responsibility for the accounting process, being self-motivated, able to work to tight deadlines, have excellent interpersonal together with an ability and interest in understanding our clients’ business.
We welcome applications from candidates with at least 2.1 degree, or an equivalent qualification, who are committed to a career in accountancy.
One of the great advantages of working for a firm our size is that you will be working on a wide range of clients. We train you as a generalist and you are not restricted to particular industries or types of client. Our clients range from large companies to small owner-managed businesses.
We provide you with responsibility early on in your career. By working with those in a position of influence you gain valuable work experience and an in-depth understanding of how a business operates.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
In order to apply for a graduate training contract you must meet or exceed our minimum criteria of GCSE passes A*- C (or equivalent) with grade B or above in English Language and Maths, 128 UCAS points (new tariff) in three A-level subjects and a 2.1 degree (attained or expected).

We recruit new graduates to start training contracts September each year. Please be assured that each application is personally reviewed by a member of our Training Team.
