As a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, my experience as a generalist has given me exposure to all aspects of Human Resource Management and People Management.
As a HR Consultant I have worked with and supported clients in many industries, across different sectors and of varied size, from start-up businesses to larger more established organisations.
With my extensive HR knowledge, I am able to look at innovative ways to improve business performance through people policies, that comply with best practice and fit the culture of the organisation.
I joined Silver Levene in 1993 as a Receptionist and decided to embark on a career in HR. I set about acquiring a professional HR qualification and over a period of time progressed within the firm to HR Manager. Through my transition to HR Manager I have had the opportunity to see the firm evolve to where it is in the market place today. It has allowed me to have an insight into the culture of the firm and understand the requirements of each position at all levels and how each individuals’ contribution adds value to the firm. I love what I do and the people I work with. No two days are ever the same!
