Alan Topper
Alan brings with him 38 years professional experience which has mainly specialised in commercial property accounting.
Since 1981 he has been a pioneer of the concept of outsourcing property accounting by providing clients with a comprehensive service encompassing financial director and company secretarial, and full accounting services to include tax planning and compliance as well as audit if required.
He has specialist knowledge of VAT as applied to all forms of property, both commercial and residential including construction and conversion as well as dealing and investment. Alan is also experienced in devising the most suitable structuring of property transactions.
What Inspires Alan out of working hours? A love of the theatre and arts, but at none of these could he have ever earned a living.
